This agreement contains the Terms and Conditions of becoming a member of BRM Nationwide Discounts.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not use this account before you fully read through and understand the terms and conditions of the membership.
1-Member understands that BRM Nationwide Discounts is not an insurance company or program.
2- BRM Nationwide Discounts provides savings to their members on services through various sources.
3-Payments for BRM Nationwide Discounts are due in advance. If you choose to cancel your membership it is your responsibility to make sure that you call and cancel.
4- BRM Nationwide Discounts reserves the right to terminate any enrollment or deny eligibility in the program for lack of payment. In the event that your bank card does not authorize for the agreed upon monthly rate, as a courtesy, you will be charged at a discounted rate of $8.97. The discounted rate will qualify you for roadside assistance but you will no longer be eligible for the oil change redemption rebate.
5-In the event of any dispute, member agrees to resolve said dispute solely by binding arbitration that shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida and enforceable in Hillsborough County.
6-Membership cancelled within the trial period can be refunded by contacting BRM Nationwide Discounts customer service at 1-877-606-1826. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of request back to card that was originally charged.
Member agreement-By your verbal agreement to the enrollment, you are choosing to become a member of BRM Nationwide Discounts. Member acknowledges that the discount plans are not insurance related. Membership fees may change for all members, but not individually, with notification.
Refund Policy-If you request a refund of the monthly fee it will be processed within 3 business days of request.
The Terms and Conditions of this membership may be modified and services may be added or deleted without notice and will be posted on our website.
